Israel is expanding the operational reach of its F-35I “Adir” stealth fighters through a new contract for external fuel tank development by Elbit Systems subsidiary Cyclone. The effort is designed to reduce dependence on aerial refueling while supporting long-range strike missions and regional deterrence capabilities.
