The Republic of Korea Air Force is taking a significant step toward advancing its aviation expertise by partnering with QinetiQ. Selected pilots and engineers will undergo elite training at the Empire Test Pilots’ School in the UK, a prestigious institution known for shaping world-class test aviators. Over six months, participants will gain hands-on experience in flight testing, system analysis, and aircraft evaluation. The program blends classroom learning with real-world application, helping trainees develop critical thinking and technical mastery. By training alongside international forces, including NATO personnel, South Korea is not only enhancing individual skills but also strengthening global defense ties.
