The Hellenic Air Force has received the 30th modified F-16 Viper from American company Lockheed Martin. Greece’s defense and capacity to work together with allies are strengthened by this enhancement.The plane is a component of a larger modernization initiative aimed at improving Greece’s combat aviation capabilities. Athens secured a $1.5 billion deal in 2018 to upgrade its F-16s built in the United States to the Viper configuration.
