Patria marked the opening of its F-35 production facility on Friday, June 13, 2025, at its Halli plant in Jämsä, Finland. The new assembly line will focus on producing forward fuselages for the F-35 as part of the aircraft’s global manufacturing network.
The facility, due for completion in autumn 2025, is a key element of the industrial cooperation within Finland’s F-35 fighter programme. This initiative will not only enhance Finland’s defense readiness through security of supply but will also deliver meaningful contributions to the Finnish economy.
Once the production line is fully operational, up to 150 Patria employees will be involved, with assembly work expected to launch in the spring of 2026.
