China will supply FC-31 Gyrfalcon jets to Pakistan in the near future as part of the latter’s air force renewal strategy.
This collaboration was first made public in 2024 with China’s delivery of other military aircraft to Pakistan. While acquisition details remain sparse, the projected number hovers around 30–40 jets.
Each fighter will reportedly include the PL-17 missile system, capable of intercepting targets over a 400-kilometer (249-mile) range.
