The first of up to 82 H145Ms bought by Germany has been delivered by Airbus Helicopters at its Donauwörth factory less than a year after the contract was signed. Their new H145Ms have been dubbed “Leichter Kampfhubschrauber” (light combat helicopter), or LKH for short, by the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces). The missions of the helicopter include light attack, special forces operations, reconnaissance, and training.
