Elbit Systems’ FUSE division is developing Dominion-X as an AI-powered command-and-control operating system for coordinated autonomous operations. Its primary purpose is to allow formations of unmanned aircraft and ground vehicles to operate as connected elements under real-time supervision. The system creates a shared network through which autonomous platforms can exchange mission information and coordinate distributed battlefield activities. Instead of controlling every unmanned asset separately, the architecture is intended to provide a common operational framework for multiple autonomous systems.Dominion-X also supports MUM-T, enabling autonomous platforms to work alongside crewed vehicles and maneuvering forces. Importantly, the approach is designed to fit within existing military organizations and formations, reducing the need for major changes to established command arrangements while adding autonomous capabilities to current battlefield units.
