As part of a 2023 modernization agreement, Volvo has delivered 4×4 and 6×6 military trucks to the Estonian Defense Forces. One of three groups that Tallinn has purchased to modernize the military’s ground-based vehicles for tactical and logistical uses is the Volvo fleet, which includes the company’s 44R and 66R systems. The most recent platforms can carry 13,600 to 20,800 kilograms (29,982 to 45,856 pounds) and are 5 to 6 meters (16 to 20 feet) long.
