A new strategic relationship between Anduril Industries and Voyager Technologies will expand cooperation in propulsion, energetics, and manufacturing for US missile and weapons programmes. The partnership covers development, testing, qualification, and production as programmes transition toward larger manufacturing volumes. Voyager already supplies Anduril with technologies including solid rocket motors and divert-and-attitude-control systems through contracts valued at more than $60 million. The latest agreement formalizes and broadens that existing cooperation. Voyager has invested more than $500 million in propulsion, energetic materials, and production infrastructure. The relationship fits Anduril’s wider effort to increase manufacturing capacity through partnerships with companies possessing specialized engineering and production capabilities. Anduril and Boeing recently advanced to another stage of the US Army’s Integrated Fires Protection Capability Increment 2 competition for a midrange interceptor. Their proposed system combines Boeing’s airframe and seeker expertise with an Anduril solid rocket motor. Anduril has also partnered with Elbit Systems of America on the Army’s Self-Propelled Howitzer Modernization effort. Earlier, it teamed with Kraken Technology Group to build K5 KRAKEN and K7 SABRE unmanned surface vessels for the US Navy, with production planned at US facilities and Anduril’s Lattice autonomy technology integrated into the vessels.
