MQ-9 Reaper drones assigned to US Air Force Special Operations Command are now capable of carrying GBU-39B precision-guided bombs, adding greater stand-off strike capability to the platform. The low-yield munition is designed for accurate engagement of battlefield targets while minimizing collateral damage. Combined with smart dual-rack technology, the MQ-9 can now deploy multiple precision weapons during a single mission.
