The Zorelit v5 has been unveiled by Ukrainian developer Vluchnyk as a jet-propelled counter-UAS platform designed to destroy reconnaissance and kamikaze drones. An artificial-intelligence target-detection capability allows the interceptor to identify targets during the terminal stage of an engagement. The aircraft can also be linked to Ukraine’s SkyMap command-and-control system, which determines an optimal route using information about the target’s movement and the interceptor’s available battery power. This combination provides automated guidance and terminal target identification during the interception process.
