Tonbo Imaging has introduced SharkJet, a jet-powered loitering munition designed for fast precision strikes in contested battlefield environments. Unlike conventional kamikaze drones, SharkJet uses turbojet propulsion to achieve higher speeds and faster target engagement, making it suitable for missions such as SEAD, deep strikes, maritime targeting, and counter-radar attacks. With GNSS/INS navigation and flexible launch options from land, sea, and potentially air platforms, SharkJet reflects India’s push toward advanced indigenous precision-strike and autonomous warfare technologies.
