Embraer has confirmed a firm order from an unnamed customer for six A-29 Super Tucano light attack and training aircraft, with deliveries expected in 2026. These aircraft will be added to Embraer’s fourth-quarter 2024 production backlog. Configured for roles such as close air support, maritime patrol, strike missions, and general defense, the A-29s will significantly enhance the client’s air combat training and light attack capabilities.
