Aitech has launched the C165 rugged single-board computer as an upgrade solution for military platforms operating in airborne, terrestrial and maritime environments. The SBC is designed to replace or modernize existing embedded computing equipment without requiring a completely new platform architecture. At the heart of the C165 is an Intel Core i7-1185GRE Tiger Lake UP3 processor. The system can accommodate up to 32 GB of RAM and offers as much as 4 TB of storage. Graphics processing is provided by integrated Intel Iris Xe technology. According to Aitech, this configuration provides improved computing and graphics performance compared with the company’s previous-generation systems. The C165 is intended for rugged defence environments where onboard computers must provide reliable processing for mission systems across aircraft, vehicles, ships and other military platforms.
