Teledyne FLIR Marine has developed the M364C-USV to provide enhanced detection and tracking capabilities for uncrewed surface vessels operating in challenging maritime conditions.The camera system combines thermal and visible-spectrum imaging in a single package. It features a 640 × 512 thermal imager, a full-HD camera, and 30× optical zoom, allowing users to identify objects across different environmental conditions.For vessels that require longer-range observation, the M364C LR-USV provides a narrower viewing angle designed to improve stability and observation at extended distances. The standard model instead provides a wider field of view, making it suitable for a broader range of USV missions.The technology is intended to improve situational awareness by giving uncrewed vessels enhanced capabilities for detecting, identifying, and tracking objects at sea.
