Two H225M Caracal medium-lift helicopters have been delivered to Iraq by Airbus as part of a 14-helicopter agreement that was inked last year. The helicopters are expected to be turned over to the Iraqi Air Force within the month after being delivered to the Iraqi Ministry of Defense in Baghdad. In June, both aircraft are scheduled to go into service.The last wave is expected to arrive by early 2026, with the remaining six units coming between June and October.
