The final CV-22 Osprey military transport and cargo aircraft has gone into production, according to aerospace behemoths Bell and Boeing. The project’s Program of Record (POR) will be completed in the upcoming months. At Bell’s assembly facility in Amarillo, Texas, the last CV-22 will be finished and deployed for upcoming special operations missions that call for cutting-edge speed and range capabilities that are thought to be too complicated for other military aircraft.
