Riyadh Air has signed a long-term service agreement with EPCOR, the APU expert under Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, for the full maintenance of its APS5000 units on Boeing 787s.
The agreement covers end-to-end APU support, including overhauls, repairs, and modifications, to enhance fleet uptime and long-term reliability. EPCOR will also provide on-wing assistance and LRU support throughout the service term.
A notable feature of this deal is the integration of Prognos® for APU, a predictive maintenance tool designed to optimize planning and reduce unplanned downtime using advanced analytics.
This partnership not only ensures fleet performance for Riyadh Air but also showcases EPCOR’s role as a trusted provider in global aviation maintenance solutions.
