The Organisation for Joint Armament Cooperation has formalized funding for REACT II, a multinational effort to advance airborne electronic attack capabilities. Managed by OCCAR and coordinated by Indra, the program brings together seven European countries and a consortium of 20 partners. Building on REACT I, the initiative develops modular electronic warfare systems covering escort jamming, long-range jamming, and EW command functions. With total costs estimated at €69 million, REACT II reflects Europe’s push to strengthen collective electronic warfare capabilities.
