Northrop Grumman has finalized the delivery of all critical components under the U.S. Army’s Low-Rate Initial Production contract for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). This milestone reinforces the company’s capability to produce advanced air and missile defense technologies on a large scale.

The LRIP phase involved the rapid manufacturing and handover of 142 Major End Items, including 35 Engagement Operations Centers, 32 Fire Control Network Relays, and 75 Integrated Collaborative Environments. All systems were produced at the company’s facility in Huntsville, Alabama.

These assets are part of the Army’s program of record for air and missile defense integration, designed to deliver multi-domain operational capabilities. The timely delivery supports faster fielding and operational readiness across Army units.

With the completion of these deliveries, IBCS moves closer to full deployment, offering a highly integrated and scalable defense network for current and future threats.
