The US Army has awarded Teledyne FLIR Defense a major contract to advance the detection capabilities of its NBCRV Stryker fleet. Under this program, Teledyne FLIR will equip six vehicles with cutting-edge multi-sensor platforms capable of identifying nuclear, biological, and chemical risks at greater speeds and with heightened precision.
These enhancements will streamline hazard assessment and support more agile and informed decision-making in contaminated battle spaces. Alongside the sensor upgrades, comprehensive prototype and support services will ensure robust government evaluation ahead of potential fleet-wide implementation.
