The Conventional Prompt Strike, the US Navy’s first sea-based hypersonic missile, has successfully completed an end-to-end flight test. The test was the first to use the cold-gas launch technique and was carried out at the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida.The missile ignites inside the launch cell while using the hot launch technique.
