The Guided Pinaka Multi-Barrel Rocket Launcher (MBRL) has successfully completed flight testing by India’s Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO). For multiple target engagement in salvo mode, the three-phase test evaluated the system based on a number of factors, including as range, accuracy, consistency, and rate of fire.According to a press release from the Indian Ministry of Defence, it involved the firing of 12 rockets from each producing agency from two Pinaka launchers that were already in service.
