Poland has announced its intention to expand its army’s heavy fleet by purchasing more K2 Black Panther main battle tanks from South Korea.The announcement comes after Warsaw invested $5.76 billion in August 2022 to acquire more than 200 K9A1 self-propelled howitzers and 180 K2 systems. According to a number of reports, Poland’s new agreement, which is anticipated to be completed next month, will include 180 additional vehicles and cost about 9 trillion won ($6.1 billion).
