Oshkosh Defense has secured a contract to deliver 150 Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicles (DXPVs) for the Netherlands under the FLATM-PV (Future Littoral All Terrain Mobility – Patrol Vehicle) program. The DXPV is a derivative of the successful Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), combining durability with advanced protection and transportability standards.
This new fleet is intended to ensure Dutch forces can operate across diverse geographies, from urban peripheries to littoral zones, with reliable mobility and advanced safety features. The patrol vehicles come with scalable armor, next-generation powertrains, and digital command interfaces, facilitating secure networking and fleet management.
Through this acquisition, the Dutch Ministry of Defence seeks to bolster its tactical versatility, aligning mechanized ground units with NATO operational benchmarks while guaranteeing their deployability in multi-domain combat scenarios.
