As part of its ground combat fleet modernization program, the US Army has received the first Stryker armored fighting vehicles and Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs) in Pennsylvania. The 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team (Independence Brigade), stationed in Horsham, which is the first Stryker brigade in the reserve component and one of the army’s nine Stryker operators, accepted the vehicles.
