General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS) has introduced the “NEMESIS,” a next-generation European self-propelled howitzer that combines enhanced firepower, high mobility, and advanced automation in a tracked platform. Debuted at the FEINDEF defense exhibition in Madrid, the NEMESIS features a 155mm/L52 fully automated gun module from KNDS mounted on a turret capable of firing in any direction, even while in motion. The system is designed for a two-person crew, with space for a third or the option for fully unmanned operation.
