MilDef, a military technology company, has been awarded a contract to supply ruggedized cybersecurity equipment for the CV90 tracked armored combat vehicles manufactured by BAE Systems Hägglunds. The project, which is valued at 40 million Swedish kroner ($3.9 million), will provide hardware network solutions that will defend the cars against hostile network intrusions.The package will be sent to the fleet as part of an ongoing contract given to Swedish defense contractor Clavister in December. It may include small form factor radios, handheld gadgets, communication electronics, and displays from the Helsingborg-based company.
