In response to growing operational interest in arctic theaters, Polaris has introduced two tailored snowmobile models with expanded capabilities for military units operating in extreme cold. Leading the release is the 2026 Military 850 TITAN, designed for heavy load carry, enhanced traction, and long-range winter patrol.
The secondary model, 850 RMK 155, is a lightweight patrol vehicle built to navigate snowy terrain with minimal ground pressure, delivering deep-snow access to forward observation posts.
With improved suspension, reliability, and cold-start circuits, these vehicles provide warfighters with tactical freedom in zero-visibility and glacial environments, which are increasingly contested by global powers.
