To strengthen Romania’s air defense capabilities, RTX has won a $946 million deal to supply more Patriot missile systems. After making two prior purchases in 2017 and 2020, this arrangement represents Bucharest’s third procurement of Patriot systems.The most recent agreement comprises the provision of Patriot fire units, which include interceptor missiles, control stations, and sophisticated radars.
