Together, Israeli defense industry titans Rafael and Elbit Systems will equip NATO European member nations’ frigates with an integrated marine electronic warfare (EW) self-protection system. Rafael’s state-of-the-art decoy countermeasures and Elbit’s sophisticated DESEAVER MK-4 Naval Decoy Control & Launching System (DCLS) will be used to provide the solution.
