Vatn Systems, based in Rhode Island, has introduced the “Skelmir S12,” a versatile underwater vehicle capable of performing multiple functions, including acting as a torpedo, a sensor platform, or an electronic warfare (EW) device. Measuring 12.75 inches (32 centimeters) in diameter, the Skelmir S12 can be deployed from submarines, surface ships, or aircraft.
