The Turkish Navy has started building three Turkish-made warships: a TF-2000 destroyer, the aircraft carrier MUGEM, and a submarine called MILDEN. To mark the occasion, the Gölcük Shipyard held a symbolic first weld of the submarine.At the same time, the Istanbul Shipyard saw the first sheet metal cutting of the navy forces’ aircraft carrier and destroyer.
