Sweden’s Defence Materiel Administration has confirmed a new order placed with BAE Systems to procure more 155mm BONUS munitions for its ground forces.
Estimated at $62 million, this deal strengthens the operational readiness of Swedish artillery units while continuing collaboration with BAE Systems Bofors.
The BONUS system dramatically improves the capability of 155mm artillery by employing sensor-based targeting to eliminate armored threats with precision, making it ideal for modern conflict scenarios.
