The Swedish Ministry of Defense has selected Lockheed Martin’s TPY-4 as its latest long-range ground surveillance system, to be delivered by 2027.
This radar provides robust air tracking and early warning functions, even in high-threat, electromagnetic interference-heavy zones, thanks to its phased-array design.
Supporting modern mission requirements, the system includes elevation scanning up to 90 degrees, advanced AESA technology, and a future-proof architecture for additional upgrades or integrations.
