Indra Group has partnered with engineering consultancy Tresca to build a new drone manufacturing facility in León as European demand for unmanned systems continues to grow. The planned facility will produce unmanned aerial systems and loitering munitions and will be located in the Villadangos del Páramo industrial zone. The project is expected to create around 200 jobs while strengthening Spain’s defense industrial base. The collaboration also aims to support the development of a broader industrial network capable of delivering advanced defense technologies more efficiently.
