Rheinmetall has been hired by Embraer to provide flight simulators for C-390 transport aircraft to train ground crews and members of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. The agreement calls for the delivery of a Cargo Handling Station Trainer (CHST) and a Full Flight and Mission Simulator (FFMS) by the end of the following year. The order’s precise value is unknown, but it is thought to be in the double-digit million-euro range.
