M-tron Industries has secured a $5.5-million deal to deliver rugged RF components for an ongoing U.S. Navy weapons program. The package includes specialized crystal and lumped element filters built for use in extreme environments.
Production will be handled at the company’s facility in Orlando and is scheduled through 2026. M-tron has supported this long-term defense project for nearly a decade, with expectations that the program will continue into 2035.
While the exact naval system has not been identified, similar technology from M-tron is typically used in radar systems, electronic warfare suites, and secure communication networks.
