The first group of Polish Air Force pilots has completed training on the F-35A Lightning II multirole fighter aircraft. Their practical training took place at Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Arkansas, where they also finished all required theoretical lessons and simulator sessions. The hands-on training began in January, following three months of preparatory instruction provided by the US 33rd Fighter Wing at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida. These Polish pilots are the first international trainees at the Arkansas base.
