Poland has finalized a $310 million deal to acquire MQ-9B SkyGuardian drones from General Atomics. The agreement was signed on December 12 by W?adys?aw Kosiniak-Kamysz, Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense. This marks Poland’s first purchase of the SkyGuardian variant, a version of General Atomics’ Reaper. However, Warsaw has been operating similar drones since February 2023, following a $70.6 million lease agreement with General Atomics for MQ-9A Reapers.
