Ondas Holdings is set to acquire Israeli robotics developer Roboteam in an $80-million deal that will further strengthen its position in the unmanned systems market. The acquisition brings together Ondas’ aerial and counter-drone capabilities with Roboteam’s proven ground-based robotic technologies, enhancing the company’s offerings under its autonomous systems division.

Roboteam produces a wide portfolio of unmanned ground vehicles built for hazardous missions such as explosive ordnance disposal, surveillance, and operations in high-risk environments. Its robots range from small, 1.5-kilogram tactical units to heavy platforms exceeding 1,000 kilograms. The company’s systems are currently deployed by military and security forces in over 30 countries, including several Tier-1 defense customers. The firm also provides the Roboteam HUB, an advanced command-and-control system that enables joint operation of multiple robotic assets through a single interface.

Ondas expects the acquisition to drive substantial revenue growth, forecasting an additional $3–4 million in the final quarter of 2025 and no less than $30 million across 2026. The deal aligns with the company’s long-term plans to deliver integrated unmanned solutions that support defense modernization and mission automation.

Roboteam’s strong market momentum continues, with more than $20 million in recent orders from a long-standing military client. Deliveries of these UGV systems are scheduled through fiscal 2026, underscoring the increasing global reliance on robotics for battlefield support and hazardous-environment missions.
