In Norway, Cyberlux Corporation, an American technology company, tested its rotary-wing unmanned aerial system (UAS) for the US Special Operations Command. The use examples of the system under US and NATO Special Operations Forces missions in Arctic operational situations were the main emphasis of the Rena event. The artificial intelligence program “Omniscience,” created by California-based OKSI, was integrated into the model that was chosen for the evaluations. It maneuvered the UAS in the scenarios by using its autonomy and computer vision capability.
