Saab has received a 680-million SEK ($63 million) order from Denmark to deliver a next-generation Combat Training Centre, with shipments scheduled from this year through 2027.
The order covers an extensive range of simulation and support tools. These include soldier and vehicle training systems, realistic anti-tank and sniper simulators, and state-of-the-art communications gear. The package is further enhanced by software tools that enable in-depth after-action reviews and data-driven performance assessments.
Under the deal, Saab will also be responsible for providing on-ground support services at four sites across Denmark. The new center is intended to offer a high degree of flexibility and realism in military exercises, placing Denmark at the forefront of combat training innovation in Europe.
