The Bayraktar TB2T-AI drone, a “rebirthed” TB2 with a turbo engine and sophisticated artificial intelligence, has been tested by the Turkish company Baykar. The additional features improve the system’s capacity to carry out autonomous duties on challenging missions while increasing its efficiency at high speeds and altitudes. The drone can now achieve a ceiling of over 30,000 feet (9,144 meters) in less than 30 minutes thanks to the new turbo engine, which also allows it to surpass its prior limit of 22,000 feet (6,096 meters).
