The Combat Vehicle 90 (CV90) infantry fighting vehicle will receive the Universal Tank and Anti-Aircraft System (UTAAS) sighting and fire control system from Saab. The 700 million Swedish kronor ($63 million) contract to produce the CV90’s initial equipment was given to BAE Systems Hägglunds. Because UTAAS was created especially for the Combat Vehicle 90, Saab and BAE Systems Hägglunds have a long and solid working relationship.
